With over 20 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue optimization, and CRM automation, I’ve spent my career helping businesses simplify processes, increase efficiency, and drive revenue growth. But the industry is evolving fast—and so am I.

I founded WFO Media LLC to help businesses embrace AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and smarter workflows to scale without the manual headaches.

My Journey: From Traditional Marketing to AI Innovation

I’ve always been passionate about turning data into strategy and solving complex marketing challenges with automation. I spent years leading CRM integrations, marketing analytics, and RevOps transformations at companies like Verizon and Agiloft—launching over 70 Salesforce enhancements, optimizing lead flow between HubSpot and Salesforce, and improving data-driven decision-making.

But then AI changed the game.

As I watched AI automation revolutionize marketing, CRM, and revenue operations, I knew I had two choices: keep up or lead the way.

That’s why I dove deep into:
